If a player in your Nightmare Squad leaves the Premier League - either permanently or on a loan which is intended to be for the remainder of the season - you cannot keep him. In addition, Premier League teams name a 25-man squad of players over 21 who are eligible to play, which is updated in January. If one of your Nightmares is not in his team's squad, he will also have to go.
This is also true when a player is injured and expected to be out for the rest of the season.
You must transfer out any such players by the start of the next Match Week - unless that Match Week starts within three days of the real-life departure being announced, in which case you have until the beginning of the following Match Week. We will update the player's team on your team sheet to show 'NOT IN PL' or 'INJURY' and will also endeavour to email you when we know a player is affected.
If you do not make a transfer in time, a random transfer will be generated. |
