Simon Gardner takes Match Week 3's Manager of the Week trophy with 78 points, a point more than Keeley Fyne. Consistency was the key for Simon with no huge scores, a mediocre captain (10 points) but points all round. Simon goes 2nd overall, though could have been top with Adam Wharton (10) in the starting line-up.
A change at the top in the Overall League, with John-Paul Meredith slipping from top to 4th. Frodo Willingham takes over to become our third different leader as we battle for early supremacy. |

| ROUND THE LEAGUES |
No change at the top of the Nightmare Premier League where Liam Oliver stays top. Seven transfers for Liam this week, though LOliver XI still ended up one man short. The choice of Zion Suzuki in goal (-4 points) was wide of the mark, with sub keeper Lukas Hornicek scoring 7. Richard Hancy and Eloise Willingham each climb a spot in 2nd/3rd, with Jonathan Andrews dropping to 4th. Matt Woodmansey is the top scorer in the Premier League this week with 69. Matt remains in the relegation zone but it's surely a matter of time before Clem Fandango are challenging for the top spots as usual. Matt could easily have taken the Manager of the Week trophy this week had he trusted his Newcastle forwards, both Elanga and Wissa on the bench and both scoring 10 points.
John-Paul Meredith stays top of the Nightmare Championship. Robert Metzger is up two places to 2nd, helped by an OK captain joker which brought in Adam Wharton (10=20) as captain.
Overall leader Frodo stays top in League One, Marc Snell is still 2nd while Keeley Fyne is up a couple of places to join them in the early promotion zone. David Smith slips out. Alan Walker is off the bottom, Rosalie Pearson descends.
A new leader in Nightmare League Two thanks to Simon Gardner's MotW performance. Howard Thomas is up two to 2nd, outgoing leader Andy Teale slips to 3rd. Charlotte Halsey is off bottom spot and up three places to 7th. Charlotte swaps places with Kli Ruhfa who - judging by the team name Bottom of the League and the Nightmare Squad - appears to be exactly where she wants to be. |
